This year we are changing how we celebrate the end of our season & our Closing Ceremonies & Awards so please read all the way through to find out what this means for your child, as some divisions are different and awards for older teams are ALL at the end.
If you have a child in Shetland American and Shetland National (our youngest players) your celebration and trophy ceremonies will be on Field B 10:30am-11:30am on Sunday, May 22nd. (Everyone should be at Field B no later then 10:15am) At this age everyone gets a participation trophy as there are no playoffs.
Shetland’s trophy ceremonies will begin as soon as our Pinto American Division Championship game is finished on Field B. (approximately 10:30am)
Pinto National will be playing their Division Championship game at the same time, but on Field A.
Both Pinto games are set to start at 8:30am so all are welcome come get an early start to the day and watch the games before the Shetland trophy ceremonies!
If you have a child in our older divisions - Mustang and Bronco - and your child’s team makes it all the way to their Division Championship game please note that these games will happen on Field A on Sunday, May 22nd.
Mustang's Championship game will begin at approximately 11:30am
Bronco's Division Championship game will follow at approx 2:00pm.
We invite everyone to come out and watch any or all of these exciting games, cheer on their friends, celebrate all the hard work all of our kids put in this season.
Awards for the Division Champions of Pinto American, Pinto National, Mustang and Bronco will happen directly following the last game.
They will begin at approximately 4:30pm. Whether your child’s team is playing in the championship game or not, come on out & join the fun!
WE WILL BE PROVIDING FREE FOOD ALL DAY* for everyone to enjoy as they watch and cheer on our teams. All food will be given out of our snack stand or from tents set up near the main front gates of Field A.
BREAKFAST: items will be available beginning at 8:00am. There will be items like donuts, yogurts, fruit, bars, water, coffee and tea.
LUNCH & DINNER: items will be available beginning at 11:30am. There will be items like hotdogs, nachos, chips, candy, popsicles/ice cream novelties and hot and cold beverages.
(Our full snack stand menu will NOT be available, just the selections mentioned above.)
*EVERYONE NEEDS A WRIST BAND TO GET FOOD SO BE SURE YOU GET ONE FROM THE SNACK STAND AS YOU ENTER THE BALL PARK.
